A Canadian Electronic Arts unit called EA Canada released the football video game FIFA 14. It was made public by Electronic Arts under the EA Sports banner. In September 2013, the game became available on different platforms, including the PS2, PS3, Microsoft Windows, PSP, Xbox 360, PlayStation Vita, Wii, and Nintendo 3DS. They released the PlayStation 2 version due to Phase Alternating Line for the Spanish-speaking market. They released it as a freemium app for iOS and Android on September 23, 2013. In North America, they also made the PlayStation Portable version available for digital download.
Gameplay
