“Lego Star Wars II -The Original Trilogy ” is an adventurous video game of 2006. It is also a Lego layout game. As a component of the Lego Star Wars series, it draws inspiration from both the Lego Group’s Lego Star Wars building game line and the science fiction Star Wars film franchise. The plot of the Star Wars movies A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back, and Return of the Jedi is followed. Players may use the roles of more than 50 Lego models of the movie series’ characters in this game. They may even build their unique personalities. The idea of “vehicle levels” was fully analyzed, and camera movement was enhanced compared to Lego Star Wars: The Video Game. The game was released at the Toy Fair in America. Throughout the country, chain stores launched campaigns for the game.
As of May 2009, Lego Star Wars II was sold across 8.2 million copies globally. which shows both its vital importance and economic success. Since they preferred the initial version trilogy in place of the previous trilogy. Reviewers appreciated the game for its funny and “adorable” depiction of the film series.
Gameplay
The gameplay in Lego Star Wars II is third-person and takes place in a world that is 3-D with Lego-like personalities, settings, and items. Its gameplay is similar to Lego Star Wars – The Video Game (2005) in that it combines aspects of the action-adventure, structure, and occasionally challenging styles. The personalities in the movie are recreated by the player, and each has unique skills and guns.
You can always turn on a second controller to add more players to the game at any time. Lego stones are tiny, disk-shaped things that players can find throughout the game and gather to use as game money. The heads-up display of the game shows the player’s fitness meter. Four hearts stand in for the player’s fitness. when these hearts are empty, the player passes away and some of their stones hit off. But they reappear rapidly and frequently manage to gather the dropped studs.
The Mos Eisley cantina, a spaceport bar on the planet Tatooine, serves as the game’s hub. The player can buy personalities, cars, gameplay tips and extras, and cheat codes with their Lego studs at the counter. A tiny space outside the cantina allows players to view gathered automobiles. The game is divided into levels that can be obtained from the cantina. Each film has six levels, one of which represents an important location or scene from that movie.
Three kinds of hidden items are power bricks, gold bricks, and Minikits. One power brick is hidden in every stage. Once it is gathered the matching extra like stud multiplier is available for buy. Additionally, there are ten secret mini kits—that is, ten parts of a Star Wars vehicle—in every stage. The player receives a gold brick once they have all ten gathered. Unlocking free bonuses like a spigot that shoots studs requires gathering a specific amount of gold bricks. 99 gold bricks are offered; they are given out over level completion and overreaching a certain number of studs in a level.
